Draft initial charter and project planCreate and review functional and technical specification documentsEstimate efforts and arrive at optimal scheduleMonitor, track and analyze project control metricsEnsure project compliance with Software Quality ProcessesParticipate in quality reviews & implement quality normsAssist Project Manager in Risk ManagementEnsure timesheets entry and completion of invoicing process on or before the deadlineDirect or perform all activities related to maintaining a successful knowledge management including re-usage, accuracy and efficiencyEnsure that all the relevant documentation is done and is updated. Responsible for the regular project consolidated (over all the modules) status reportsServe as the single point of contact for the Team to the project stakeholdersIdentify relevant team capabilities in reference to the projectMonitor and track defectsCommunicate with customers on requirements and project progressManage Change RequestsDesign and review applications
