6.5+ years experience in developing complex applications in Java and /or other open source technologies 
Strong experience in technology, roadmap, strategy consulting 
Experience in configuring web farms, multi-lingual implementations, in-depth capacity planning with failover/disaster recovery features 
Should possess strong Analytical skills & attention to details 
Very good communication, Client Interaction, Soft skills and interpersonal skills 
Strong knowledge on performance tuning and code optimization is essential 
Good experience in Requirement Elicitation, Due diligence. 
Experience in all phases of software development life-cycle, from project inception to implementation 
Job Specification
Technical requirement for 'Core Java?: Exception handling, Collections API, Multithreading with latest concurrency package, Best practices (such as avoiding code duplication, avoiding hard coded values etc), Design patterns
Good knowledge of OOPS concepts, Hibernate and Spring version 3.x 1, Spring Dependency Injection (IOC, MVC, JDBC, JMS, etc)
Good knowledge of Configuring shell scripts and build tools like Git, Weblogic, Jenkins and Maven linters.
Good knowledge of Application Servers like Tomcat and Weblogic. 
Good knowledge of Restful services and JDBC
Good knowledge of XML Parsers, XML Schema, JAXB,
Experience in implementing JMS messaging services
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent team player, ability to work in a global team and follow through on deadlines 
Primary Skills
Must have

Core Java / J2EE, Spring , Hibernate (or OpenJPA),JDBC, Javascript DHTML.
